SUPERCHEAP IT MONTHLY UNLIMITED SUPPORT PLAN

The supercheapit.com‘s monthly unlimited support plan enables you, the user to receive unlimited remote computer support for a single computer and its attached devices for each month (recurring) from original purchase date. Attached devices include any smartphone, tablet, printer or other devices that directly physically synchronise with the computer that has been registered under the monthly unlimited support plan. Only one attached device type of each (i.e. one smartphone) can be covered under each monthly unlimited support plan. supercheapit.com reserve the right to record your device ID in our customer database and check this device ID each time we connect to your device to ensure correlation between our records and your device.

The monthly unlimited support plan once purchased is not refundable. You will be billed each month recurring automatically during which supercheapit.com will continue to provide unlimited computer support to the registered device as requested.

CANCELLATION OF MONTHLY UNLIMITED SUPPORT PLAN

All cancelations must be made in writing via email or postal letter. To cancel your monthly unlimited support plan, you must send an email to support@supercheapit.com with your cancelation request and user details. Alternatively you can write a cancellation letter to our physical postal address in the ‘Contact” section on the website. No cancelations can be accepted through our online chat, toll-free voice telephone numbers or through the inquiry form on our website.

COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT

For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), supercheapit.com’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.
