That’s why we only hire the best computer technicians available!
Every SuperCheap IT technician working on your computer not only has a minimum of:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline
- At least three years previous experience working in technical support environment
but they are also required to go through the rigorous SuperCheap IT testing and training regime before they can interact with you!
When we say “best” technicians we do not just mean their IT skills. Great customer service is all part of our selection and training criteria to ensure you leave satisfied!
