After problem resolution we can talk you through what we have done to fix your computer – you can even take notes in case something similar happens again. Get Your PC Support PIN Code
You’ll be issued with a PIN code which you can use to connect to our remote support system through the website. We’ll help you log in while you’re on the phone, if necessary.
Log In to the PC Help Interface
After you have logged in, our Super Cheap PC help staff will take control of your computer. You don’t need to be able to follow complex instructions. It’s as if we’re sitting next to you … only we aren’t! I promise.
Watch and Learn
As we fix your computer, the PC support team will show you exactly what you trouble was. This makes it cheaper to fix next time – you may not even need to ask for help next time!
Help Us to Help You
You will still be able to control your mouse during the entire process, to help replicate your problem and allow us to solve it. Stay on the phone line to the PC help or PC support team, and let us know if you need to show us something. We’ll stop moving the mouse, and you can help us to help you by showing us where the nasties are lurking!
Session Ends
After your remote online problem solving session has ended, the Super Cheap IT technician no longer has access to your computer. Your machine is all yours again … until the next time you are in need of a computer hero to save you!
